Well…it’s official. As of October 13th/2011…Lanark Living Realty Ltd is now “in session”! : )

I believed it was time to for a change.

This “change”  has been one of going out on my own and creating a whole new brokerage. Since receiving my Real Estate Licence in I have concentrated my efforts in Lanark County, more specifically the areas of Lanark Highlands, North Frontenac and Surrounding Areas.

I have purchase a building in the Village of Lanark (formerly Nature Lover’s Bookshop), received my Broker’s licence, completed renovations and opened the doors for business on December 14th/2011 with an office OPEN HOUSE! Thank you to all for their well wishes!

I bring with me my Buyer’s Agent, Kim Mays and my Office Administrator, Mary Ryter.
